We are looking for a reliable person to join our outbound team and carefully check orders before shipment. The focus is on quality control: inspecting goods, reading nameplates, comparing article numbers and specifications, and ensuring our customers receive exactly the right products.
Accuracy is paramount, especially with industrial components. Many items look similar at first glance, but differ in type numbers, technical specifications, or small details. Therefore, we need someone who works meticulously and has a keen eye for such differences.
Training in warehousing is advantageous, but not a requirement. Career changers are also welcome. Reliability, accuracy, and a willingness to learn our processes are essential.
Your tasks
- Order verification before shipment
- Reading and comparing nameplates
- Checking article numbers and technical specifications
- Fine inspection of goods before dispatch
- Support with warehousing, shipping and order picking work
- Receiving and checking incoming goods
- Examination of delivery and shipping documents
- Simple inventory postings in the merchandise management system
- Support with inventory checks
Your profile
- You work carefully and reliably.
- You have a good eye for detail.
- You can accurately compare numbers, nameplates, and specifications.
- You are a team player and willing to lend a hand.
- Experience in warehousing, shipping or logistics is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Lateral entry is possible
- Basic PC skills are helpful
- Forklift license desirable, but not mandatory.
